Wir haben für unsere Mitarbeiter eine 2-tägige Schulung zum Thema Upselling durchgeführt. Das Feedback war extrem positiv, weil die Schulung sehr praxisbezogen war und die durchgeführten Videoanalysen als sehr hilfreich empfunden wurden. Unmittelbar nach dem Training wird das Erlernte direkt umgesetzt. Wir haben den Upselling Umsatz im Vergleich zum Vorjahr in jedem Monat verdoppeln können.“

Eine Teilnehmerin hat bereits am Abend nach der Schulung Produktverkauf von fast 400 € generiert. Sie selbst ist total begeistert und reißt die Kollegen mit. D.h. die Challenge hat sofort begonnen. Der Zusatzverkauf ist bei allen Mitarbeitern deutlich nach oben geschnellt, so wie wir es auch erhofft hatten.
